Site: NSW Completed: September 2000 Capacity: 150 EP (36 kL/day) Services: Design                Manufacture               Installation               Commissioning               Operator Training Special Features of the Package Sewage Treatment Plant: This Package Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) was designed to treat effluent from a caravan park to a quality suitable for irrigation. Project Description of the Package Sewage Treatment Plant: This package sewage treatment plant utilises the Extended Aeration Activated Sludge method of biological sewage treatment incorporating primary sedimentation tank, aeration tank and secondary clarifier. The system uses a CRS Model 150 mild steel packaged sewage treatment plant with aeration supplied via a “Roots” type blower and diffusers. Disinfection will be undertaken with Ultra Violet sterilisers prior to discharge to an irrigation storage pond.
