Project Description : CRS designed, manufactured, installed and commissioned this package water treatment plant for use in the Oil & Gas fields of Siberia. The Package Water Treatment Plant consists of chemical oxidation using ozone, followed by multi media filtration, activated carbon filtration and ammonia removal prior to final disinfection, storage and reticulation. Treated water storage of 5,000 L was incorporated in the water treatment container making this Package Water Treatment Plant truly stand alone. The Package Water Treatment Plant was constructed in Sydney within a refurbished shipping container designed to function in temperatures as low as – 50 deg C, then tested and commissioned prior to shipping. CRS engineers supervised on site installation.
