Mobile Ultrafiltration Plants

Completed:  2007 Capacity:     500kL/day (x 2) Services:     Design, Manufacture, Testing, Commissioning and Operator Training. Project Description: Two 500kL/day containerised relocatable surface water treatment plants were designed and built to be used as mobile surface water treatment plants. These fully-automated plants utilise Norit Xiga UF membranes, are constructed with 316 SS pipework and include particle counters, turbidity monitors, membrane integrity testing, coagulant dosing, pH control, three chemically enhanced backwashes (CEB) and disinfection. The plant electrical panels include Uticor colour HMI touchscreens, Teco VFDs and Koyo Direct Logic 405 PLCs.
