Geotube®

Effluent from a Queensland Piggery was collected and pumped to a trial-size Geotube® dewatering container via a polymer makedown/dosing/mixing system.
The chemically conditioned wastestream separated into solid and liquid phases within the Geotube® container and subsequently clear filtrate was collected whilst the solids fed to the unit consolidated within.
Dried solids can be used as pasture fertiliser via spreading equipment.
