Special Features of the Aeration Towers: 

FRP aeration towers designed to treat a maximum flow rate of 25 L/sec of bore water delivering potable water complying with NHMRC standards.

Project Description : 

CRS was commissioned to provide dual FRP 1.5 m ø aeration towers for Kempsey Shire Council 
on the NSW north coast. The scope of works included supply and installation of aerators (incl. internals), valves, pipework, air fans and air measuring equipment. The plant is currently meeting and
exceeding all performance requirements, notably reductions of hydrogen sulphide, iron and
carbon dioxide as well as pH correction.
